Reservations
On our booking page, there is a button above the form that will let you view any existing reservations you have and also cancel them, if you wish.
You can pay the deposit right after requesting the booking. There is a form that automatically comes up for this. If, for some reason, you did not pay at the time of requesting the booking, you can return to the reservations page and click the button above the form to view your reservation and pay the deposit.
Our booking system will automatically populate with available spots based on the values you input for date, time and party size. If a certain time is not available, then that means we are fully booked for it.
We do offer special events at our restaurant, for which you can book larger groups and/or at times that fall outside of our regular hours. For more info, please see the FAQs in the Events section.
Food Ordering
Usually, when an order is declined, it is due to an issue with the payment method. Our payment processing platform will usually return an error message detailing the reason. Another thing to note is that your order may not meet our minimum amount required.
We require that an order total at least $15 in order to check out via our online food ordering system.
We do indeed offer delivery. If delivery is currently available, then it will show as an option in the cart/checkout form. When placing an order, make sure to select the delivery option and then please fill out your address. After we receive the order, we will send you an SMS with an approximate delivery time.
Yes, this is an available option. This way you can allow customers to pay in your restaurant when they come to pick up their order.

You normally have two options when booking an event with us. We do indeed have a separate private room, which can accommodate up to 30 people. Alternatively, we can seat you in the main dining area in a section arranged specifically for your event.
